Postponed Syria peace talks will seek ceasefire

The United Nations Syria peace talks will focus on arriving at a
ceasefire among all parties, with the exception of Islamic State and
the al-Qeda affiliated al-Nusra Front .

That's according to the United Nations Special Envoy for Syria, who
announced that the talks will now begin on Friday.
