A 'dangerous cocktail of risks' faces the global economy, is the warning UK finance minister George Osborne is delivering (Friday) at Davos.
His message to the World Economic Forum in Switzerland also contains a call for countries to work together on global economic reform.
It comes with oil prices having hit 12 year lows this week, and ongoing concerns about the state of the world economy.
