Mother of Paris attack victim sues Belgium

The mother of a French lawyer murdered at the Bataclan concert hall in
Paris has sued Belgium for negligence, for failing to stop the
attackers from planning their assault there.
Nadine Ribert-Reinhart's son Valentin was one of 130 people killed on
November 13th.
