Israel Prime Minister accuses UN Secretary General of inciting terror with Palestine comments

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netenyahu, has criticized the UN
Secretary General Ban-Ki-Moon for inciting terror with his comments
about "illegal"Israeli settlements

This comes a day after Israel's defense ministry approved plans to
build 153 new settler homes in the occupied West Bank.
