The trial of Kenya's deputy president William Ruto and journalist William Sang has resumed at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
William Ruto's defense team are pushing for a ruling of "no case to answer" saying the prosecution has not presented enough evidence to convict them of crimes against humanity.
