French justice minister Christiane Taubira has resigned in protest at
the government's plan to change the constitution.
Taubira, along with a number of left wing MPs in the ruling Socialist
party, objects to prime minister Manuel Valls' plan to enshrine the
current state of emergency in the constitution.
