Donald Trump 'refuses to attend' Fox News Debate

Billionaire mogul Donald Trump has pulled out of the final republican TV debate ahead of the Iowa caucuses.

The GOP frontrunner's campaign manager told reporters yesterday that Mr Trump is "definitely not participating" in the debate hosted by Fox News.
