Danish parliament votes on bill to confiscate assets from asylum seekers

The Danish Parliament is voting on a new law that would allow authorities to seize valuables and cash from refugees and migrants to pay for their stay.
 
The bill has cross-party support in Denmark and is likely to be passed.
