China & US say new UN resolution needed against North Korea but disagree over sanctions

The US and China say a new UN resolution against North Korea is needed following it's claim that it had successfully tested a hydrogen bomb earlier this month.

But China has said it won't support the US call for sanctions on Pyongyang.
