UNSC finance ministers to vote on resolution targeting ISIL funding

The United Nations Security Council is due to vote Thursday on a key resolution to better strike at ISIL where it could really hurt them… the source of their money.

And the Council's weapon of choice this time? Finance ministers with the know-how to follow their money and stem the flow of funds.
