UN Secretary General optimistic after Paris Agreement

On the heels of Climate Change summit, COP21, the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has called the Paris agreement a victory. 

With nearly 200 countries as signatories, the agreement is being lauded for its multilateral diplomacy. 

Speaking to reporters at UN Headquarters in New York, Ban Ki-moon was optimistic on the commitment the international community is taking to curb climate change.
