TANZANIA'S PRESIDENT SWEEPS THE STREETS

The President of Tanzania picked up a broom and swept his local street earlier, after cancelling the country's independence day celebrations.

Thousands of Tanzanians joined him, in a day where the country tried to combat cholera.
