The Afghan city of Sangin may be overrun by the Taliban, according to reports from the region.
Local afghan officials have been begged for additional help.
U.S. special forces have been spotted in Kunduz, and also in Lashkar Gah in Helmand province, aiding Afghan soldiers in their strategy to fight the Taliban.
