Putin allows Russia to ignore international human rights courts decisions

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law allowing Russia to ignore the decisions of international human rights courts. The bill enables Russian Constitutional Court to decide whether or not to implement any international court's decision to "protect Russian interests" in law suits against the country. Russian legal community is convinced the law mainly targets the case of Yukos and its former owner Mikhail Khodorkovsky. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
