Dow Chemical And Dupont Reach Deal On Merger

Dow Chemical, and Dupont, two multinational American chemical corporations, have agreed to combine their operations into one company.

The new firm, which will be known as DowDupont, will subsequently split into three, marking one of the largest mergers in the history of the business.
