Gyro-copter pilot pleads guilty to Washington DC stunt

A Florida man is pleading guilty after he was charged over landing a gyro-copter on Capitol Hill last year.  

Douglas Hughes agreed to a reduced charge of operating an aircraft without the proper certificate.
