Cuba blames US policy for migrant crisis

The Cuban government has released a statement blaming the United States for the current Cuban migrant crisis, which officials say is the result of a Cold War era law that encourages Cubans to flee the island and head to America.

This comes as some 2,000 Cubans are stranded at the border between Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
