US Troops Sent To Cameroon

The White House has announced that US forces are heading to Cameroon to help stop the spread of Boko Haram and other violent extremist groups.

President Obama says 90 troops will be sent to Cameroon on Monday, and a total of 300 could ultimately be deployed.
