U.S. Set To Release 6000+ Non-Violent Prisoners

as federal prisons look to ease crowding and reduce harsh penalties
for non-violent offenders. The Washington Post newspaper reports this
will be the biggest prisoner release in US history.

Patrice Howard reports from New York.
