The United States military has had to adjust its air campaign over Syria after coming close to a Russian aircraft, according to Pentagon officials.
Russian forces are conducting airstrikes in support of close ally, Syrian President Bashar Al Assad, while the US continues to lead a coalition operation against ISIS militants in Syria.
