Netflix added fewer new subscribers than expected during July and September, disappointing investors.
The online tv company signed up 3.62 million new customers in the period, to take its total base to just under 70 million.
Revenue was also up to $1.74 billion, but Netflix admits it is seeing a slowdown in subscriber growth.
