Mexican government to reopen investigation on missing students

Mexican authorities have decided to reopen an investigation into last year's disappearance of 43 students in the state of Guerrero.

Mexico has agreed to accepting recommendations by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. However, it will not allow a group of independent experts to directly question military troops about the case.
