EU interior ministers are meeting in Luxembourg along with their counterparts from Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon and the Balkan countries to discuss the ongoing refugee crisis.
Europe wants to engage more with its neighbours to ease refugee flows and is offering financial aid to countries also dealing with high numbers of asylum seekers.
