The European Union has formally adopted a framework to ease crippling sanctions against Iran following a historic deal between Iran and 6 major world powers over Tehran's nuclear program.
The United States has also approved conditional waivers to ease sanctions which have crippled Iran's economy since the mid-nineteen nineties.
