Senior US lawmakers are investigating potential intelligence lapses
over Russia's intervention in Syria. Reuters reports US Congressional
sources say American spy agencies may have been slow to grasp the
scope of Russia's military offensive as Moscow launched an aggressive
campaign of air strikes.
