CAMERON, MERKEL TALK EU AS BREXIT GROUP LAUNCHES

Britain's plans for reform of the European Union will be discussed by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and UK Prime Minister David Cameron later.

It comes as a new cross-party group is launched in the UK advocating a British exit from the EU.
