AP: Attempts to Sell Russian Nuclear Material to Islamic State Interrupted

The FBI and authorities in Moldova have interrupted four attempts by Russians to sell radioactive materials to Middle Eastern extremists.

That's according to an investigation by the Associated Press, which suggests there's a "thriving black market" in Eastern Europe.
