US warns North Korea not to develop more nuclear weapons

The United States says it will not accept North Korea developing more nuclear weapons.
Pyongyang has announced that it has restarted its Yongbyon nuclear reactor.
As our Washington correspondent John Clarke reports, the announcement is raising tension, especially with Pyongyang saying it will conduct more rocket launches.
