Ukraine expands sanctions against Russia

Ukraine expanded sanctions against Russia in response to the rebel's plans to hold elections in eastern Ukraine in mid-October. The Ukrainian President slammed the vote as illegal. The sanctions target individuals and companies believed to be connected to Russia's policy in the Ukrainian conflict. Daria Bondarchuk reports from the Russian capital.
