UK SPY CHIEF: TERROR THREAT HIGHEST SINCE 9/11

Britain has foiled six attempted terror attacks in the last year according to the head of its domestic intelligence service.


Mi5 chief Andrew Parker also says security agencies need more powers to deal with a growing, and more technologically advanced, terror threat.
