UK 'ON BORROWED TIME'

Scotland's First Minister is using the first anniversary of an independence referendum to insist the UK is 'living on borrowed time'.

Nicola Sturgeon says government policies set in London mean independence is closer than ever, despite it being rejected in last year's vote.

UK Prime Minister David Cameron says 'Scotland's majority' clearly rejected breaking away.
