REFUGEES ARRIVE AT SERBIA/CROATIA BORDER

Refugees have begun arriving at Serbia's border with Croatia, after Hungary closed off its Serbian border crossing to stop the flow of people.

This as Syrian President Bashar al Assad blames Europe's refugee crisis on the continent's leaders.
