Four Eastern European countries are holding talks on the refugee crisis as thousands of asylum seekers continued arriving in Austria and Germany over the weekend.
The group has so far opposed an EU proposal to resettle refugees using mandatory quotas, while Germany and France are calling for more solidarity.
