President Hasan Rouhani of Iran has addressed the United Nations
General Assembly in New York.
In a speech largely centered on the Iran nuclear deal, President
Rouhani said a new chapter has started for Iran's relations with the
rest of the world, as our UN correspondent Mimi Chiahemen reports, he
praised the joint comprehensive plan as a triumph of multilateralism.
