Hungary to criminalise ilegal migrants

Hungary has introduced new laws to criminalise illegal migrants after closing a key entryway in to the EU from Serbia.

Other European countries including Germany and Austria say they've also been forced to introduce border controls in absence of a shared EU system for processing rising numbers of asylum seekers.
