Croatia to allow "safe passage" as refugees find new EU route

More than 150 refugees have arrived in Croatia - a day after Hungary shut its border with Serbia. 

New border controls in Hungary, Germany and Austria have prompted thousands of mainly Syrian asylum seekers to find new routes to Northern Europe.
