Assad blames West for refugee crisis, won't step down under pressure

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said the West is to blame for the refugee crisis as it has been supporting and continues to cover up terrorism in the Middle East. He added he may step down only if the Syrian people decide so, regardless of international pressure. Daria Bondarchuk reports from the Russian capital.
