Voting is beginning in a UK Labour leadership contest which is threatening to tear the party apart.
Leftist candidate Jeremy Corbyn remains favourite to win the leadership race - despite high-profile interventions against him from former Labour Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.
The result of the contest will be announced on 12th September - a little over four months after Labour was resoundingly defeated in a general election by David Cameron's Conservatives.
Kezia Dugdale, the new leader of the Labour Party in Scotland, says the process has been damaging.
