Turkey may be headed towards new elections after a second attempt at coalition talks with opposition parties failed.
Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu [PRON: "Ah-met Da-vu-toh-lu"] says he has exhausted all options after trying reach an agreement with Turkey's Nationalist MHP party this week.
