The International Criminal Court is due to decide whether the Kenyan government will be referred to the Assembly of States for non cooperation in the trial of President Uluru Kenyatta.
Judges have already found the Kenyan government guilty of withholding evidence that led to Mr. Kenyatta's case being dropped.
