Hillary Clinton criticizes Obama's Arctic oil decision

Hillary Clinton has criticized President Obama's decision to allow Royal Dutch Shell to resume drilling for oil in the Arctic.


In a post on Twitter, the front-runner in the race for the Democratic Party's Presidential nomination says the risk to the environment is too great.
