GREEK PARLIAMENT APPROVES BAILOUT

Greece's parliament has voted to approve a third bailout deal for the country after an all-night debate.

While Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras won the vote - it exposed further splits in his Syria party with many of his own MPs voting against him.

Eurozone officials are meeting in Brussels on Friday to endorse the agreement.

It will see fresh austerity including tax rises and spending cuts in Greece in exchange for an international bailout worth €85bn.

However, Vicky Pryce of the Centre for Economics and Business Research, says there is still scepticism in Germany about whether it is a good arrangement.
