A leading peer in Britain's House of Lords has said that the Prime Minister could 'pull the plug' on the Chilcot inquiry into the the Iraq War.
The independent investigation was set up in 2009 and its findings were expected to be published in 2011, but its chairman told the Prime Minster David Cameron that he could not set a timetable for the report.
