Russia has put forward a rival draft resolution on the investigation into the downing of Malaysia airlines flight MH17 in July 2014 over Russian-backed militant held territory in eastern Ukraine.
It comes after Russia criticised a draft resolution put forward by Malaysia, Australia, the Netherlands, Belgium and Ukraine for a U.N. backed tribunal.
