Poroshenko blames Russia for shooting down MH17

Ukraine's president Petro Poroshenko accused Russia of instructing its military to shoot down the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 over eastern Ukraine one year ago.  Moscow denies responsibility for the crash, which killed 298 people, and says Kiev is to blame. The final report on the results of investigation, led by Netherlands, is expected in October. Anya Ardayeva reports from Moscow.
