John Kerry: Opening Cuba-US embassies historic and long overdue

After 5 decades of isolation diplomatic ties between the United States and Cuba have reopened

The Cuban flag was raised over it's embassy in Washington DC as a strong symbol of a further normalizing of relations between the two sides.
