Greek PM Alexis Tsipras has won a crucial late night parliamentary vote backing the 86 billion euro bailout package agreed with international creditors. Although he lost the support of more than 30 MPs from his Syriza party, his government is expected to survive.
A spokesman for Mr Tsipras says the Greek leader is now focused on completing the deal.
Eurozone finance ministers will discuss the vote in a conference call while also considering short-term emergency funding until the new bailout is finalized.
The European Commission has proposed giving Greece a €7bn "bridging" loan from an EU-wide fund to help the country pay debt interest due in several days.
Finance expert Henk Potts told London's LBC radio the vote will spur activity on a number of fronts.
