Fed Chair To Congress: Rate Hike Expected This Year

U.S. Federal Reserve Board chairwoman Janet Yellen delivered the Fed's
semi-annual Monetary Report to Congress Wednesday in Washington. In
testimony to the House Financial Services Committee, Yellen said she
expects the Fed to start raising interest rates later this year.
