Valcke - nothing in Russia's bidding process to conclude it was not in line with the regulations.

FIFA Secretary General Jerome Valcke dismissed allegations of wrongdoing over $10 million in bank transactions that are under investigation by U.S. authorities. The transactions are central to a U.S. bribery investigation against soccer's governing body.  Valcke made his comments at a press conference in Samara, Russia. Julia Lyubova reports.
