The United Nations Secretary General has named the members of an independent panel to investigate how the U-N handled allegations of sexual abuse of children by foreign peacekeepers in the Central African Republic.
The move comes after heavy criticism over how the UN managed information it received about the incidents, before classified documents about the allegations were leaked.
